RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping orders which may impact delivery time. Therefore, your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
We assure you that any shipping delays will not impact your return or exchange time frame. We thank you for your patience as we fulfil orders as quickly and safely as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
- You may return your eligible merchandise to Blue Army for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
- All Closeout items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Purchases made online at Blue Army portal may also be returned at a Blue Army owned retail location so long as you provide proof of purchase and have the original payment method (e.g., the same credit card you used to purchase the product). If original payment method was Paypal or UPI , refund will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.
- Please allow five to ten business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
- Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully, as Blue Army does not offer returns or exchanges due to the mis-washing of products
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged at the current value unless accompanied by receipt.
- To make an exchange online simply return your item(s) and complete a new purchase. An alternative would be to complete an exchange at one of our Blue Army owned stores.
- Defective 3rd party product must go through manufacturer.
- Returned items will be inspected and non-defective merchandise must be returned in original, unworn condition.
- Underwear and Face Masks are considered Final Sale and therefore cannot be returned.
- To protect the authenticity of our patches, all sales are final on Patches. We accept returns for refund or exchange for patches that are damaged or defective only.
- Other items marked “Final Sale” and/or promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) may not be returned.
- Altered/embellished items are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards may not be returned or refunded, unless required by law.
- Blue Army does not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside of India
HOW DO I MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN?
1.) Call our customer service Number @+919990399548 and we shall guide . you through step by stem process to initiate your return.
2.) Write to us and we shall help you complete your return process.
3.) Once we authorise your return attach the label that you receive on your email to the outside of your box and drop off to speed post at any India Post Office location.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
Our customer service team shall call you as soon as we receive your packet and inspect for stated issues.
